- a.TOMORROW – Wednesday 6pm GKAISA Officials Training for Anyone interested in being certified to work as an OFFICIAL (Referee, Starter, or Stroke & Turn Judge) for any 2019 swim meet. - b.Swim Team 101 – Saturday May 18th 1pm - Want to learn more about swim team? Want a refresher? Please join us at 1pm for a quick overview of swim team and Q&A session. Attached is the handout for first time swim families – I will have a few copies Saturday as well.
- c.Swim and Tri – Saturday May 18th 1pm-3pm – Swim and Tri will be at the pool for try-on/sizing and suit purchase/ordering. - d.Swim Team Kick Off – Saturday May 18th 3pm - Come out and meet and your swim team volunteer staff and assistant coaches (Coach Chris will be out of town), register, order merchandise, drop off payment and hang out with your swim team family for the first time this season. Hope to see everyone there! The pool will not be open but there will be cake, water games (slip and slide, etc…) and fun - so feel free to come ready to play!
- Please note that we have updated our first practice meet ‘scrimmage’. It will be hosted by Crestwood pool but will be a pre-season scrimmage and will now be on THURSDAY June 6th. This is a great way to get back in the swing of things, try out those meet jobs and get a feel for what League 2 meets entail. Please RSVP for this meet and sign up for your jobs ASAP.
