*This program is only for children that can swim across the pool on their own, without touching feet to pool floor or hands to pool wall. The first practice that the child attends will include a swim test to ensure that all swimmers are qualified for this program. For more information - see swim team 101 file above.

Tentative Practice Schedule (times subject to change pending enrollment numbers and note changes from past seasons due to guidelines/restrictions on occupancy and pool use)

Beginning Tuesday,  May 26th at Gulf Park 528 Pensacola Road, Knoxville, TN 37923

Swim Team- Starts Tuesday, May 26th

Morning Practices- Monday-Wednesday- Friday

8 & Under Age Group - 8:30-9:05 AM

9-10 year Age Group - 9:05-9:40 AM

11-12 year Age Group - 9:40-10:20 AM

13+ Age Group - 10:00-11:00 AM (start with 20 min drylands)

Evening Practices- Monday-Tuesday-Wednesday-Thursday

8 & Under Age Group - 6:30-7:05 PM

9-10 year Age Group - 7:05-7:40 PM

11-12 year Age Group - 7:40-8:20 PM

13+ Age Group - 8:00-9:00 PM (start with 20 min drylands)

*No Friday evening practices.

Full Summer:  (May 26 - July 26th) 

Registration fees include a tshirt, swim cap, and meet fees.

1st/2nd swimmer - $150 ($175 after May 1st)
Each additional swimmer- $100 ($125 after May 1st)
