Tuesday, June 4th we will have am practice for ALL swimmers (even evening folks if you can make it) at CRESTWOOD HILLS 8:00am-8:45am (estimated end time, could be as early as 8:30am. This is for block starts/dives, finishes, etc.. EVERYONE that can, should make it to this morning session. Following Crestwood Hills practice we will head back to Belmont West with ALL AGES 9:00am-10:00am (may start a little earlier - whenever we get back from Crestwood Hills.
