2.Monday – June 24^th – Swim Team Practice AT GULF PARK

• a.Morning – Monday-Fridays - check ages/times
  • 8&under: 8:15am-9:15am (warm ups at 8:15, in water by 8:30)
  • Ages 9-12: 9:00-10:00am (warm ups at 9:00, in water by 9:15)
  • 13&up: 9:45am-11am (warm ups at 9:45, in water by 10)
• b.Evenings - Monday – Thursday - slight change - double check
  • 10&under: 7:00-8:15pm (warm-ups at 7:00pm, in the water at 7:15pm)
  • 11&up: 8:00-9:00pm (warm-ups at 8:00pm, in the water at 8:15pm)

3.Tuesday – June 25^th FIRST HOME MEET – LUAU THEME – make sure to read through email sent June 20^th detailing parking, arrival times, etc..

4.Wednesday – June 26^th

• a.11&Up RSVP for 11&Up BASH – Friday June 28^th 6-8pm, donations welcome – pizza, drinks, music and games
• b.EARLY EVENING PRACTICE TIMES – age switch
  • 5-6pm (11 & up)
  • 6-7pm (10 & under)

5.FRIDAY JUNE 28^th

• a.11&up BASH – Gulf Park pool – pizza, drinks, music and games -
• b.DUE - RSVPs, Volunteer Sign Ups, Shirts and Cap Orders for Smokey Mountain Invitational Meet DUE by FRIDAY June 28^th
  • As with all other meets go to our website and RSVP your swimmer for SMI and sign up for volunteer jobs.
  • This year, similar to process of City meet shirts, SMI is selling a meet shirt that must be pre-ordered via email to me (for check or cash payments only) or online via our website, just click on ‘shop’– this year there will be NO SHIRTS SOLD AT SMI. Proceeds from t-shirt sales go to help defray the costs of SMI. Cost will be $15 (Adult size 2XL +$2, 3XL +$3).
  • We have SMI caps that we have designed for our sharks! As above they are available pre-ordered via email to me (for check and cash payments only) or online via our website, just click on ‘shop’. Proceeds from cap sales go to our swim team – so please order them for your swimmer(s). Cost will be $10

6.Merchandise is in – should have them ready to distribute by Monday evening at the latest. Note – we did order extra Adult 50^th Anniversary T-shirts. You may order them via email (check or cash payment only) or online via our website as above (card purchase only)

7.Pay Swim Team AND FUNDRAISER FEES ASAP - On our website, if you didn’t purchase/sell pancake tickets and haven’t paid the fundraiser fee already – please Pay your $25 and any other swim team fees ASAP
