Good evening,

I just wanted to send a few reminders for the coming week.

• 1.Remember if you want to order a pizza for pick up at the Meet Tuesday- Pre-orders are DUE BY TOMORROW, Monday June 29^th by 5:00pm https://gulfpark.swimtopia.com/shop

• 2.We will be holding our first swim team board meeting tomorrow, Monday June 30^th at 7pm. If you are interested in helping with awards, the awards dinner, sponsorship or other season long volunteer opportunities, please join us. Particularly we are looking for someone to serve as the role of Secretary for the board. This is one of our first steps to become a 501c3 and we would love the help.
• 3.Tuesday is our first virtual meet. Make sure to arrive on time and be settled and ready for warm ups at 5:15pm. Look for and make sure to follow direction for set up, entrance on to pool deck and volunteer check in – coming from Kimberly Evers, our swim meet director this season
• 4.Wednesday, July 1^st come ready to eat before/after practice. Pizza amore food truck will be at Gulf Park from 5-7:30
• 5.Thursday, July 2^nd PICTURE DAY! Come in your meet suits, or similar for individual photographs by our Legends sports photographer beginning at 6pm. Team photo will be done after individual photos are complete – so arrive by 6pm so you don’t miss out!
• 6.Saturday, July 4^th – Come celebrate with us at Gulf Park. All are welcome, non-members $5 entrance fee. We will be grilling and slip and sliding to raise money for a pool water slide. There will also be tennis contests in the morning and various fun games and prizes throughout the day.

Finally, check out your TEAM! Remember this week the meet theme is Blue and White. Teams will also be posted at the pool in the display board under the pavillion.  Come dressed in your best (though no body paint please) Blue or White attire and show your team spirit (see team lists below).
