Good evening,

I just wanted to first say THANK YOU for such a great SMI weekend!  It was a huge help to have swimmers/families arrive on time, swim their hearts out and help us successfully fulfill our volunteer responsibilities and then some!  These next few weeks - just wanted to draw your attention to the following:

1.  Away meet TOMORROW, TUESDAY - please sign up to VOLUNTEER if you haven't already - we have a few more spots to fill

2. SWIM and/or SLIDE Fundraiser and Ice-Cream Party - FRIDAY - It is so exciting to see several swimmers AND parents have already signed up to swim and many have already donated as well.  In order to meet our goals WE NEED YOU!  SIGN UP for the lap-a-thon, find a participant or to donate to the fundraiser TODAY just go to https://app.99pledges.com/fund/2021lapath.  To RSVP or VOLUNTEER to help with the event go to our website and click on the event TODAY.

3.  City meet merchandise (caps will be added soon) AND parking passes MUST be pre-ordered online on our website (just click on the ‘shop’ tab) by SUNDAY, July 18th.  This is also the deadline to RSVP for city meet - do so TODAY!  

4. PICTURES NEEDED/DUE for slide show.  Every year we love ending our Dive in awards party with a SLIDESHOW - we need your help.  Upload your photos to the drive linked here https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1y7xscF3iz7...

BY JULY 23rd so they can be included (will try to include some city too if possible but all others MUST be uploaded by July 23rd)!  If possible, label your photos beginning with your last name and put in folder of event they are from.  

5. Wednesday, July 28th - Last Practices - AND CITY POSTER Creation day.  Come help us make posters and get our game faces on in preparation for City Meet! 11&up swimmers come early (8:45am and/or 7pm) and 10&under swimmers stay late (10am and/or 8pm) before/after practice to help create posters for city meet.

6.  Thursday, July 29th (10 and unders) - Friday, July 30th (11 and up) and Saturday July 31st (championship) = GKAISA CITY MEET - RSVP/Sign up to VOLUNTEER TODAY! - Our team gets an AWESOME tent location and we RUN CLERK OF COURSE for this big event - so we NEED YOUR HELP to volunteer and make it happen.

7.  Saturday, July 31st - DIVE IN AWARDS PARTY!  - RSVP ($5 per person) and SIGN UP to donate/help TODAY!  Right after city finals we will gather to celebrate the season, give awards, certificates, eat some pizza, salad, desserts and for the big Finale - Watch an awesome Slide Show of our Season - UPLOAD YOUR PICTURES TODAY - see link above
