Good morning,

First thank you for RSVPing your 10 and under swimmer for our meet tonight.  We only have two jobs left to fill.  We would greatly appreciate 2 parents (preferably of 10 and under swimmers) to sign up to be Ready bench/Relay Escorts for the second session of the meet.  Basically you would be helping us round up the 10 and Under swimmers that need to get ready to swim and escort/walk them from our team area to the clerk of course (behind the blocks).  

This is a great way to get to know your swimmer's teammates and help us ensure all of our younger swimmers get where they need to be.  By checking in a little early, you can learn from the two volunteers that are already signed up to help in the first session. It also gets you 'on deck' and in great view of the incredibly fun freestyle relays at the end of the meet.
