SMI 11&up Parent Volunteers Needed
Good evening,
You are receiving this email because your swimmer is signed up for the Smokey Mountain Invitational (SMI) meet this weekend. We are in great need of a few volunteers for the 11&up day – Saturday, July 9th. Please check them out and sign up if available. Just like you would for any other meet - just go to our website https://gulfpark.swimtopia.com/ click on the Upcoming Event: SMI and then 'Job Sign Up'. Volunteers still needed include (note that events are estimated):
| 2022 Saturday July 9th Day 1 (11&Up) Time Card Sorter: The time card sorter sits at the scoring table to sort time cards in finish order. You can break away to watch your child swim. As a thank you for your help, all volunteers working a shift will receive a Swim Band that can be used for themselves or child in the Open Swim session for all day. |

| 2022 Day 1 (11&Up) Jump Judge:The jump judges ONLY work during relays, watch to ensure swimmers in the water touch the wall before the next swimmer leaves the starting blocks. Records infractions on Jump Judge slip, and provide slip to DQ runner at the end of the event. | First Shift | Event 1 | Event 18 |
