As we are gearing up to ROCK at city meet, I just wanted to send a few last minute reminders as we wrap up this AWESOME season:

THIS Saturday, July 23rd 6:30-9:30pm - Awards Party at Gulf Park pool - We are recognizing all of the hard work this summer with our annual DIVE IN AWARDS party! Bring your float and CELEBRATE the 52nd season of Gulf Park Blue Sharks!!!! We will have awards, THE SLIDE SHOW, dinner and need help with decorating, awards organization, tear down and dessert, chip, fruit and drink donations. $5 per guest can be paid ahead of time when you RSVP (by TOMORROW, Friday July 22nd) or at the start of the event.

Help Still Needed:

DECORATE - come help set up 5:30 start time - Still need 6 people to help

RIBBONS/MEDALS – 6:00pm -6:30pm - Sort ribbons/medals earned at City Meet into envelopes to be handed out to swimmers during banquet - Still need 3 people to help

RESET/CLEAN UP – 8:30-9:30pm help us put pool deck back together – many hands make light work – Still need 6 people to help

Donations Still Needed:

DONATE - bring drinks - still need 1 pack each of sprite and water

DONATE - bring ice - still need 1large bag of ice

DONATE - bring dessert - still need 15 desserts each serving at least 10 people

DONATE – bring fruit trays – still need 2 large fruit trays

Speaking of the slide show – all pics should have been uploaded already – city pics need to be uploaded by 4:30pm TOMORROW, Friday, July 22^nd - please get us your pictures ASAP so we can include everyone in this trip down memory lane – Big thanks to Holly and Jeff Cunningham for being willing to put this together for us. Coaches Bonus Reminders - How many good things can we say about our coaches this year? They are first-year coaches but are teaching our kids and running our meets like they are pros! If you are wanting to give our coaches an end-of-year bonus please give cash or Venmo to Alison Ross @ Alison-Ross-3 (last 4 digits of her cell are 8966 put in the comment of coaches bonus). All funds will be divided between the 6 coaches and given to them with their team coaches' gifts at the banquet. You can also give a coach a gift directly if you prefer.

This has been a great season and we GREATLY appreciate all of you and your swimmers! As always, let us know if you have any questions or need more information.
