Theme: Disco!

If you have not done so already please log into Swimtopia and declare your intention to attend the meet by Monday 6/5 at noon. ****Add notes if you do not want your child to be on a relay. Missing a relay impacts 3 other swimmers so this is very important. It is especially important to take note of relays; Free Relays are the last events of the evening. If your child is scheduled to swim the Free Relay and will be unable to stay for that event, it is imperative to let a Meet Director or Coach know as soon as possible. Remember the relays affect all 4 scheduled swimmers. 

Parking: Parking is available on both sides of Jefferson St. and in spaces on Russell Avenue. Please do not use the doctor's office on the corner: They will tow!

Safe Sport Policy: There are locker rooms and bathrooms inside the pool for swimmers. Parents should use the bathrooms outside the fenced in area right next to the pool in an effort to keep to Safe Sport policies.

Pool Entry: Please enter the pool at the Jefferson St. gate. The entrance and scorer tables are both at the pavilion.

There will be a tent set up for your swimmers, and the families are welcome to sit beside the pool nearest the pavilion. But you are welcome to bring pop ups as well.

Please do not get in the L shaped pool.

10 and Under Relays: Due to GKAISA rules, 10 and under relays will start in the water.

Volunteers: Please sign up to volunteer. Please check in with either Joanna Steinmetz or Kimberly Evers upon arrival.

Workers Meeting: 5:45

Each team is responsible for getting swimmers to the blocks for staging via Team Parent, etc.

There will be concessions sold at the meet. They will have Buddy's BBQ sandwiches, nachos with cheese, chips, soft drinks, Gatorade, water, pickles and candy.

As always, please remember swim caps, googles, chairs, food, water, snacks, etc. for each meet.
