The summer seems to be flying by, and we have survived a crazy swim week. The coaches are excited to continue working on technique and endurance over the next couple of weeks as we gear up for championship meets in mid-July.

As always continue to monitor the weather and make the best choice for your swimmers. Sharks swim in the rain but not in thunder or lightning!
