City Meet, Tie Dye Night, Poster Night and Dive In Awards Volunteers Needed

It's hard to believe this is our last week of Summer Swim! It's been a fun swim season and we are thankful for all of our Gulf Park Coaches and Families!
We are still in need of volunteers for this week's events. Check out the many volunteer opportunities listed below.
City Meet - Gulf Park is responsible for managing Clerk of Course at the City Meet. We will need everyone's help to make this happen. Please consider signing up to help in the COC tents. Parents that help in COC can watch their swimmer's races from the pool deck. (Call names to put kids in heat and lane order.)
Thursday (10 and Under Day) - 1 more Boys Clerk of Course needed, 4 more Girls Clerk of Course needed
Friday (11 and Up Day) - 2 more Boys Clerk of Course needed, 1 more Girls Clerk of Course needed
Saturday - Championship Day - 6 more volunteers needed
Tie Dye Night - 2 more parent volunteers needed
Poster Night- One more parent volunteer needed
Dive In Awards Night - We need lots!!
Decorate/Set Up - 6 needed
12 pack of Coca-Cola - 2 needed
12 pack of Diet Coke - 2 needed
12 pack of Sprite - 4 needed
12 pack of water - 3 needed
Family Size Bag of Chips - 5 needed
Bags of Ice - 3 needed
Dessert - 17 needed

Reset/Clean Up Afterwards - 6 needed

City Meet will occur Thursday, July 20 through Saturday, July 22, on the UT Campus at the Allan Jones Aquatic Center. Preliminaries for swimmers 10-Under will be held on Thursday, July 20. Warm-ups will begin at 1:00 pm, with a meet start time of 3:00 pm. Preliminaries for swimmers 11-Up will be held on Friday, July 21. Warm-ups will begin at 7:00 am, with a meet start time of 9:00 am. Finals will be held on Saturday, July 22 for the top 16 in each event. Warm-ups will begin at 7:00 am, with a start time of 9:00 am.
