Meet Info: Arrive at 5:30. Gulf Park will warm up from 5:30 - 6:00. The meet will begin at 6:05.

Theme: Christmas

We will have a worker meeting at 5:40 pm. P Club runs their team Clerk of Course with a few rows of chairs set up near the blocks. There is a reserved area under the pergola that will be reserved for Gulf Park’s clerk of course.

Facility Details: Our pool is a 25-yard pool, 9ft. to 4ft. We have 6 lanes. Blocks on the start end.

Parking and Visiting Team Area: We have an upper and lower parking lot available for you to park in. While we do keep our parking lots reserved for the visiting team, they may fill up. If there are no spots left in the main parking lots, there will be volunteers asking you to pull through the parking lot and around the pool for an option to park in the grassy hill next to parking lots or to cross Houser Road and park on Neilwoods Road (across the street from the entrance to the club). We appreciate your cooperation and honoring the neighbors who live near the pool by parking respectfully on ONE side of the street. There will be a parent volunteer there directing traffic to help keep things going smoothly. Please, DO NOT BLOCK ANY DRIVEWAYS.

The visiting team may set up their chairs, etc. to the right as you enter the pool area underneath the pergola. Visitors may also set up chairs along the head of the pool directly as you walk in on the tennis court side and around to the baby pool. The Home team will be set up under the entire far side of the pool. Restrooms are located underneath the covered portion of the pool deck to the left of the concession stand. The tennis courts are off limits, but if overflow is needed, you may feel free to use the playground area. Our meet director can answer any questions you have at the meet regarding set up if you need it.

Meet Workers: We will run the meet in 2 sessions and will need your assistance in filling the

following worker positions for each session:

Stroke and Turn Judges: 1 per half

Relay Jump Judges: 2 per half

Finish Judge: 1 per half

Timers: 3 per half

Timer Scribes: 3 per half

Scorers: 3 per half (We use one card sorter, 1 data entry and 1 reader for data entry)

Ribbons: 1 for second half (Bring printer and labels)

Card Runner: 2 per half

DQ Runner: 1 per half

Round Up: 1 - 2 per half

Clerk of Course: 1 per half (One at the blocks, 2 with our team)

Escorts for Relays: 2 per half

Concessions: Please consider eating at our meet! Our concession stand will be open and will feature Chick-fil-A sandwiches, Dominos Pizza, drinks, candy, and other packaged snacks. Please be prepared with cash, as we do not currently have card payment capabilities.

Please remember to bring towels, goggles, chairs, activities, etc for the meet. Please declare your availability ASAP. It’s a super busy week - SMI, P Club Meet, City Entries/Tshirts/Parking Passes due. Please help us out by volunteering and declaring your swimmer’s availability for PClub and City today!
