It's hard to believe the last week of shark school and swim team season is already here! It's important to stay on top of all the stuff going on this week!

This week is also COACH APPRECIATION WEEK. Let's give our coaches a boost this week so that they can continue to support and encourage our kids! A simple thank you, favorite candy bar, iced coffee, bagel, or a card from your swimmer... really any simple treat for a coach would be a great way to wrap up our week.

Wednesday July 26

   - Last day of morning and evening Shark School
   - Shark School celebration @7:15pm at the pool right after shark school practice.
     (Families are welcome to arrive early at 6pm to swim and relax.)
   - Last evening swim team practice

Thursday July 27

   - Last morning swim team practice
   - Pasta Night & Poster Prep - Come out to the pool at 6pm for Past night and poster prep. *There is no evening practice* but come carb load with your team. $5 per person - must rsvp via text to Lori at 865-621-2894 with number of family members eating with us. Everyone can swim and kids will also be busy making posters to hang up at our tent at city meet.

Friday July 28

    - Pizza at the pool! - When the championship ends, we will text out the time for everyone to meet back at the pool for a little pizza and swimming. All swim team and shark school families are invited, regardless of whether you swam at city meet or not, I'm guessing the time will be around 6:00pm.

Tuesday August 1

    END OF SEASON PARTY! FUN! Wieniewitz Financial is generously sponsoring most of our party this year and will supply dinner! The cost is just $10 PER FAMILY paid at the door. Yes, you read that right... $10 per family and you don't need to bring anything! But you must RSVP - we need a headcount! Please RSVP online or via text to Lori at 865-621-2894. Come ready to party to Cedar Springs Church @6:30pm. At this event each year, we hand out your child's Smoky awards, City awards, and our own trophies for MVP and Most Improved in each age group. Then of course we eat and celebrate! Our DJ is guaranteed to get everyone out of their chairs and having fun. And of course - then we watch the season slide show and do the TIME WARP!
