    Hospitality for tomorrow's meet!

    Hello from your Hospitality Helpers!

    Another meet and another chance to EAT at the MEET and help your team while having yummy food! 

    We have several needs and requests for this area for tomorrow night. Please see if you can help with any of the list below:

    • We need GRILL people! It's our brand new grill - come try it out.  Need at least one more first half and two second half. No grill = no food=unhappy hungry people= no profit, no fun. PLEASE HELP!
    • Still need servers second half. 
    • If you are signed up as a set up person, can you please text me at 865.556.4070 and we can discuss details? 
    • I am looking for someone with a Sam's membership to get ICE for us tomorrow and perhaps a few other small things. I do not have a membership and my partner in crime is on a well-deserved vacay. Volunteer? Text me at above number, please. 
    • In addition to the manpower above, it's no surprise we need FOOD! Needs are below. Pick anything you want and bring it, please! Anything possible leftover will be used for next week's meet. We also now have a working fridge for storage. If you could just text me an idea of what you are bringing, would be very appreciated so I'm not panicking and buying things. This is the real secret to our success - DONATIONS!

    DONATIONS needed:

    • DRINKS - cans or bottles. Soda and water. I will take any brand, diet or reg, any size. No pickiness here - but we do need lots. 
    • Burger toppings - Need 1 or 2 people to bring lettuce, tomato, onions and some pickles all ready to go on the burgers. 
    • SWEETS - I know swimmers can't eat a lot of sweets, but man do they sell. Homemade or just good - they sell well and folks love to see what we have. Packaged sweets are great too. Nothing turned down.
    • FRUIT (and veggies) - Yes, Fruit sells better than veggies, but there are some veggie lovers out there too. Can never have enough fruit. Individual size portions are great - but we will sell whatever you bring. 
    • SIDE DISHES - think "picnic" and what you love with your burger, dog, or chicken. Hot sides in crock pots or cold sides of all types are always winners. Ideas are potato salad, hashbrown casserole, corn on cob, cuke/tomato salad, mac n cheese, etc.  and sadly, CHIPS are a side dish too. Individual bags or I can portion out scoops of bigger bags. whatever easiest for you. 
    • ANYTHING ELSE - a snack food, trail mix, yogurts, string cheese, mini sandwiches - You bring it and we will sell it!
