Registration Instructions:

On https://gulfpark.swim-team.us, click the "Online Registration" button on the right next to our team name or go directly to https://gulfpark.swim-team.us/team/Registration.asp.

NEW OR RETURNING SWIM TEAM FAMILY:
Step 1: Fill out the new parent form or enter your email address to look up your account. Click continue
Step 2: Fill out the swimmer form, adding as many as needed. Choose "Group" to be "Swim Team"
Step 3: Click through the waivers:

Consent for emergency medical care
GKAISA participation release
GPRA membership fee reminder
Gulf Park swim team fundraiser participation or fundraiser fee
Parent-Athlete concussion information sheet
Parent-Athlete sudden cardiac arrest form

Step 4 - Volunteer for the meets
Step 5 - Choose membership level and apparel (apparel can also be ordered later)
Step 6 - Choose pay online or pay later
Step 7 - Print receipt - you'll get a confirmation email that will contain this year's default site password

NEW OR RETURNING SHARK SCHOOL FAMILY:

Step 1: Fill out the new parent form or enter your email address to look up your account. Click continue
Step 2: Fill out the swimmer form, adding as many as needed.
         Choose "Group" to be "Shark School" and choose "Session" for either morning or evening.
         Under "Special Fee Considerations" mark whether you are a member of GPRA or not - this sets your fee.
Step 3: Click through the waivers:

Consent for emergency medical care
GKAISA participation release
GPRA membership fee reminder
Gulf Park swim team fundraiser participation (mark n/a for shark school!)
Parent-Athlete concussion information sheet
Parent-Athlete sudden cardiac arrest form

Step 4 - Volunteer for the meets (shark school skips this!)
Step 5 - Choose membership level and apparel
           (order apparel by May 21 to get in time for Blue & White, we will place a 2nd order later)
Step 6 - Pay online or pay later (either is fine!)
Step 7 - Print receipt - you'll get a confirmation email that will contain this year's default site password

PAYMENT:

If you choose pay later, you can pay with check, card, or cash at our in-person registration dates (coming soon) or just write a check to "Gulf Park Swim Team" and mail to:

SHARK SCHOOL FEES:
Members: $160**
Non-Members: $240
**If you have a current GPRA membership -OR- have kids on swim team and have paid a swim-team-only membership, you get the Members rate for shark school.

SWIM TEAM FEES:
$105 for first swimmer
$ 95 for second swimmer
$ 85 for third swimmer
$ 55 for each additional swimmer
PLUS Membership level fee to GPRA
PLUS Fundraiser participation or fundraiser fee
And optional apparel and product purchases
